Hello everyone!
Welcome to the new Talk Trek blog. We’ve decided to throw this out here so we could not only talk about Star Trek on the podcast, but also write about it. Writing holds a special place in the art of communication, because it forces the writer (or the purporter of an argument, if you may) to boldly think through the attributes of the piece of writing. Writing ensures the author truly believes in what is being said and will violently stand by it. Talking is like reading… like watching tv. It can be done without much thought.. without much initiative. Writing requires ambition.
